DORIA

At the intersection of global conservation efforts and local ranger needs, Doria provides actionable intelligence that saves lives and protects endangered species.

Field Reporting Site Analysis Fire Monitoring Species Tracking Offline Mobile Tech Tactical Aviation

Initial deployment target — Kenya · Tsavo Ecosystem & Amboseli

We built Doria because the tools available to conservation rangers were failing them. Fragmented radio reports, delayed patrol responses, and blind deployments were not failures of effort — they were failures of infrastructure. Rangers were doing everything right with everything they had. What they lacked was operations intelligence.

Doria exists to close that gap. We believe that the most endangered species on earth should not be losing ground because a ranger had to wait six hours for a patrol report to reach a desk.
A farmer watching elephants approach her crops at midnight deserves a warning system that works. Rangers putting themselves between poachers and the last remaining populations of critically threatened wildlife deserve the same quality of real-time operational intelligence that emergency response organizations have had for decades.
The wildlife crisis is not waiting. Neither are we.

SOLUTIONS

INTELLIGENCE // INFRASTRUCTURE

Doria applies real-time geospatial intelligence to the work of protecting biodiversity — practical tools built to support the rangers, analysts, and conservancies who rely on them. Explore the clients we serve, our solutions, and how the platform has evolved below.

1
Field Reporting
Rangers · NGOs
Community members submit geo-tagged incident reports in real time — snares, carcasses, illegal trade — building an evidence base for enforcement.
2
Site Analysis
Community · Stakeholders
Geospatial analysis maps sector boundaries and encroachment zones — turning satellite imagery into protected-area planning intelligence.
3
Fire Monitoring
Disaster Response
NASA FIRMS fire data overlaid on protected habitats in real time — enabling rapid response and seasonal risk modeling.
4
Species Intelligence
Research
Verified sighting records, confidence scoring, and population trend analytics give stakeholders a data-driven picture of biodiversity health.
5
Forest Monitoring
Rangers · Carbon
Canopy loss, deforestation and degradation alerts across five satellite datasets — Hansen, JRC TMF, Dynamic World, MODIS & PALSAR — with regrowth tracking over time.

Partnering with credible organizations across the globe to scale our platform's footprint across critical ecosystems in Sub-Saharan Africa.

FINANCE IN DORIA

Year 1 Projection €13,000 — Bootstrapping Target

Two NGO pilot clients at a €2,500 implementation fee plus a €5,000 annual Command Tier license — earned without external capital.

At a fraction of what most organisations already allocate to field data collection and reporting overhead, Doria replaces cost with capability. The model holds.

Grant Pipeline — In Progress €30,000 — Target 66.7% Secured

Tier-1 AI and conservation grants to subsidize cloud infrastructure and co-fund NGO pilot deployments across Sub-Saharan Africa.

Secured €20,000 from the Mercedes-Benz Fellowship, July 2026.

€0 €30,000 target
What we're raising €50,000 — Seed Round

Seeking an initial seed raise from East Africa-focused impact investors and conservation technology accelerators to fund the Scale phase: five deployments, full platform, regional infrastructure.

If this is you — let's talk.

WHAT WE'VE BEEN UP TO

€20,000 Raised In Grants

Doria secures €20,000 in early-stage funding from The Mercedes-Benz Fellowship. The grant will be used to scale the Doria platform and expand its reach to more conservation organizations across Africa.
